Hello. In DVD Shrink, select 'Re-author', drag 'title 1' from right to left side of window.Right click on 'title 1' and choose 'set start/end frames'.Select a small part of the movie where people are talking, then click on 'Compression Settings' on the right hand window and choose one language.Backup the clip to a new folder (this should only take a few seconds) and verify the language that you get.
